Chairs for HoReCa

We are a factory: we make furniture to your dimensions and in your fabric. Leave your number — we will calculate the price and send samples, or come to take measurements free of charge.
Buying for a venue differs from buying for a home not in quantity but in horizon: the furniture has to last until replacement, and what will need replacing is one piece, not a set.
The question people ask first
“Will I be able to reorder the same thing in a year, and in three?” This matters more than price or lead time.
In a venue, chairs fail one at a time: one gets broken, one gets drenched. If the model or fabric has been discontinued, you put a piece in a different shade into the room — and the room immediately looks worn out.
We are a factory, so a model does not “run out of stock” — it is made to order. But the fabric collection may change, and that is exactly what is worth fixing with our manager at the start: article number, colour, tier.
Take 5–10% spare. One chair in the back room is cheaper than reupholstering a whole row two years later.
Fabric by different rules
At home, the fabric tier is a matter of taste. In a venue it is a matter of economics: furniture gets as much contact in a month as home furniture does in a year.
What to ask specifically: abrasion resistance for seats in the dining room, protective treatment (things get spilled every day), resistance to fading for seats by the windows, darker shades — stains between cleanings are less noticeable on them.
All eight models are available in 14 materials — from basket-weave fabric and microfibre to eco-leather and Arpatek. For a dining room, our manager selects by wear resistance, not by catalogue number.
Batch logistics
Fewer models — shorter lead time. Cutting and setup are done once per model: three models of seven pieces each are made noticeably faster than seven models of three.
Plan backwards from the opening date. Furniture is not the last item on the schedule: after it come installation, arrangement and handover.
The opening has been postponed — not a problem. We store the finished order in our own warehouse for up to 6 months free of charge: you order on time and at the current price, and have it delivered when the dining room is actually ready.
Agree in advance: delivery and carrying up, installation, documents for accounting and how quickly a single piece is repaired without taking away the set.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I reorder the same chairs in a year?
- The model — yes, we make to order. The fabric may change, so fix the article number, colour and tier with our manager at the start.
- How many spares should I take?
- 5–10% over what you need. That is cheaper than reupholstering a row when one piece fails.
- What if the opening is postponed?
- We store the finished order in our warehouse for up to 6 months free of charge. Just write to our manager a few days before the new date.
- Do you make chairs from our sketch?
- Yes. Send our manager a photo or a drawing — the technologist will look at the design and tell you what can be reproduced.
