Warranty periods
Frame elements
5 yearsCovers the timber frame and the load-bearing parts of the item.
Soft elements
24 monthsCovers the fillings (polyurethane foam, polyester wadding, hollowfibre) and spring units.
Upholstery materials
24 monthsCovers fabrics and eco-leather against manufacturing defects.
Fittings and mechanisms
24 monthsCovers all fittings, lift-up mechanisms and components.
What does the warranty cover?
- Manufacturing defects in materials and components
- Assembly defects caused by the manufacturer
- Breakage of the frame, mechanisms and fittings under correct use
- Sagging of fillings beyond the established limits
- Peeling of the coating or split seams caused by the manufacturer
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Damage caused by improper use
- Mechanical damage, scratches, cuts
- Stains, soiling, fabric fading
- Natural wear and colour change over time
- Actions of third parties or natural disasters
How to make a warranty claim

Returns and exchanges
MeBelle furniture is manufactured after the order is placed, to the set of parameters you have chosen: model, size, fabric and upholstery colour. Such an item is a product made to individual order and is not subject to return or exchange as goods of proper quality — in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection».
That is why we send fabric samples before production starts: a shade always looks different on screen and in real life, and seeing the material in person is the most reliable way to make the right choice. If in doubt, ask our manager — samples are free.
Goods of improper quality — with a manufacturing defect — are accepted for return, exchange or repair in accordance with the applicable legislation. This is the warranty case described above. Full terms are in the public offer agreement.
