Furniture is one purchase where "seeing it in person" is still considered essential. We have spent the last few months getting the website to the point where most decisions can be made at home on your phone: look at a model from every side, try it out in your room and work out the price before you even speak to a manager.
Here is what already works on the website.
320 fabrics, and not just as little squares
On the page of every upholstered product, fabric selection works as a cascade: first the tier (ECO, PRESTIGE, PREMIUM), then the collection, then the specific colour. Together that makes 320 options on every model, exactly the range that is actually available in production.
- The swatch enlarges. Hover over the square and you'll see the texture: the weave of basket-weave fabric, the pile of velour, the loops of bouclé.
- Product photos in each colour. For some models we photographed not the swatch but the product itself in every colour: you choose a colour and see how that particular sofa or bed looks.
- The "i" tip next to the tier. Shows what the fabric can withstand: water, claws, sun, cleaning.

A 3D model in your room
The "View in your room (3D)" button on the product page opens the model in augmented reality: point your phone camera at the floor, and the sofa appears in the middle of your living room at real scale. You can see straight away whether there is enough space for a walkway and whether the backrest will block the windowsill.
3D models are already available for 193 products: all sofas, beds, armchairs, poufs and chairs. It works right in the browser; there is nothing to install.
360° view: the model from every side
For 144 models we have filmed an all-round view: the product slowly rotates, and you can see the back, the ends, the seams and how the cover fits, which is exactly what no catalogue photo shows. On the product page it is a separate frame in the gallery.
"Take a closer look": details under the microscope
On the Taco chair we have launched a new format: a list of features where each item opens its own video or close-up: the legs and lacquer finish, a cross-section of the filling, the fabric up close. This is the part of the work you usually only see in production. We will gradually roll the format out to the rest of the catalogue.
Custom-made furniture: pricing from a photo
The most interesting update is on the custom order page. You upload a photo of a sofa or bed you like (a Pinterest reference will do too), enter the dimensions and the fabric tier, and get an estimated cost of making that piece.
The complexity is assessed by artificial intelligence, and the cost is worked out by our production calculator, the same one the workshop uses. So the figure is realistic, not plucked out of thin air. Alongside it on the same page there is the classic configurator and a booking form for a free measuring visit.
Payment: in instalments or by card
- Pay in instalments with monobank: arranged right in the cart, without going to a bank branch. The terms are on the pay in instalments page.
- Card payment: an ordinary secure payment, with confirmation straight away.
- A promo code is entered in the cart and recalculates the total on the fly.
Your account and reviews
In your account you can see the order status and, once the parcel has been sent, the waybill number. You can also leave a review of the furniture you bought there, with photos. We deliberately don't show any ratings on the website until there are enough genuine reviews from real customers: better empty than five made-up stars.
You can add the website to your phone's home screen
MeBelle works like an app: in the browser menu choose "Add to Home Screen", and the website will open from an icon, full screen and faster than from a tab.
