Furniture for hotels and serviced apartments

We furnish guest rooms and public areas: beds with mattresses, bedside tables, wardrobes, armchairs, sofas in the lobby. From a few rooms to a whole property.

What we take into account in a hotel room

The bed and mattress as a set. In a hotel this matters especially: a gap between the mattress and the frame means complaints in the very first month. We make the bed for a specific mattress or supply them as a set, checking the actual internal size.

Abrasion resistance of the upholstery. Guests change every day, and in a year the furniture in a room goes through what furniture at home goes through in ten. For hotel projects we choose fabric on this criterion, not on how it looks in a photo.

Identical rooms. Twenty identical rooms have to be truly identical — in fabric shade, height and seating. This is a matter of the batch: everything is made from one roll and in one production cycle.

Adding more later. Hotels are extended and renovated in stages. Your project specification stays with us, and a year later you can have five more rooms made to look exactly the same.

Serviced apartments and aparthotels

The logic for serviced apartments is different: there are more everyday scenarios and guests stay longer. Sofa beds in the living room, roomier wardrobes and storage systems are more often needed here. Plus everything said above about abrasion resistance.

Public areas

The lobby, breakfast area and corridors are the places with the heaviest footfall. Here we usually recommend constructions with a reinforced frame and the most abrasion-resistant fabrics from the collections available.

You see the piece before you order the batch

If a model is being developed for your venue, we make the first unit separately and hand it over for you to evaluate — after full payment for that particular model. You judge the seating, height, firmness and fabric in the real light of your own room, not in a photo.

If something needs changing, we change it before the batch goes into production, not after.

For a venue, this removes the main risk of contract purchasing: forty chairs that looked right in the photo but did not suit the room.

There is no minimum order

We take on both fitting out a whole project and ten chairs for a small coffee shop. For a venue that is just opening, this matters: you do not have to order a batch “just in case” to meet a manufacturer’s terms.

Fabric documentation

Every fabric comes with technical documentation from its manufacturer — we provide it on request together with the commercial proposal.

The documents include ones related to fire safety. For hotels and restaurants this can be a requirement for handing over the premises, so tell the manager in advance — we will choose a fabric that has such documents at the specification stage.

Lead times for a batch

The shortest lead time is 7 days. Beyond that, everything depends on the complexity of the piece and the size of the batch: the manager gives you a guide to lead times right after receiving your brief and finds options to meet your opening date.

24-month warranty on all pieces of our own production.

Frequently asked questions

Do you make beds for a specific mattress?
Yes. For a hotel this is critical: there must be no gaps between the mattress and the frame. Tell us the mattress model and dimensions — we will make a bed for it or offer a set.
Can I order more of the same batch a year later?
Yes. We keep the project specification — models, dimensions, fabric — and can repeat items when you extend or renovate.
Which fabric is suitable for guest rooms?
One that withstands guests changing every day. All our fabrics are hypoallergenic; for hotel projects we choose collections with the highest abrasion resistance and, if needed, a water-repellent treatment. We send samples before you order.
How long does it take to furnish a hotel?
It depends on the number of rooms. Tell us the volume and the opening date — we will work out a production schedule to meet it.
Do you work from the hotel’s interior design project?
Yes, we make pieces to the drawings. The technologist checks the construction and warns you if any solution needs adjusting.
