Furniture for restaurants

Banquettes, sofas, chairs, bar stools and daybeds for the dining room. We make them to the dimensions of the space — seating density directly affects revenue.

Seating is the economics of the room

In a restaurant, every 10 centimetres of sofa depth is either an extra seat or a lost one. That is why we almost always make banquettes and upholstered seating areas for venues not from the catalogue but to the floor plan.

Send us the plan with the table layout — we will work out how many seats you get with different dimensions and show you the options.

Fabric lives differently in a restaurant

The load here is not only mechanical. Food, wine and grease end up on the upholstery, and it is wiped every day, more harshly than at home.

All our fabrics are hypoallergenic; for restaurant projects we choose collections with high abrasion resistance and a water-repellent treatment that makes stains easier to remove. This is a case where saving on fabric costs you more: reupholstering the whole room in two years is more expensive than choosing the right collection from the start.

Be sure to tell us what your staff use to wipe the furniture — some products are not compatible with certain treatments.

What we make for restaurants

Banquettes to fit the room, corner and straight sofas for seating areas, chairs and bar stools, poufs, daybeds, upholstered wall panels.

Bar stools are a separate matter: the seat height has to match the height of the bar, and a difference of 5 cm makes the seat uncomfortable. Tell us the bar height and we will find the right one.

You see the piece before you order the batch

If a model is being developed for your venue, we make the first unit separately and hand it over for you to evaluate — after full payment for that particular model. You judge the seating, height, firmness and fabric in the real light of your own room, not in a photo.

If something needs changing, we change it before the batch goes into production, not after.

For a venue, this removes the main risk of contract purchasing: forty chairs that looked right in the photo but did not suit the room.

There is no minimum order

We take on both fitting out a whole project and ten chairs for a small coffee shop. For a venue that is just opening, this matters: you do not have to order a batch “just in case” to meet a manufacturer’s terms.

Fabric documentation

Every fabric comes with technical documentation from its manufacturer — we provide it on request together with the commercial proposal.

The documents include ones related to fire safety. For hotels and restaurants this can be a requirement for handing over the premises, so tell the manager in advance — we will choose a fabric that has such documents at the specification stage.

Lead times for a batch

The shortest lead time is 7 days. Beyond that, everything depends on the complexity of the piece and the size of the batch: the manager gives you a guide to lead times right after receiving your brief and finds options to meet your opening date.

24-month warranty on all pieces of our own production.

Frequently asked questions

Do you make banquettes to fit the room?
Yes, for restaurants this is the main format. Send us the floor plan — we will work out the number of seats with different dimensions.
How high are the bar stools?
We match them to the height of your bar. Tell us what it is, and we will suggest a seat height that is comfortable for guests.
Which fabric will stand up to a restaurant?
You need a combination of high abrasion resistance and a water-repellent treatment. Be sure to tell us what your staff use to wipe the furniture: some products are not compatible with certain treatments.
Can I order more chairs a year later?
Yes, the project specification is kept — model, dimensions, fabric. The batch can be repeated.
How long does it take to furnish a dining room?
It depends on the volume. Tell us the number of items and the opening date — we will draw up a schedule to meet it.
