Furniture for cafés and coffee shops

Compact sofas, banquettes, chairs and poufs for small rooms. We make them to the dimensions of the space — in a coffee shop, floor space is expensive.

A coffee shop is not a small restaurant

The logic here is different. In a coffee shop a guest stays longer than in a fast-food outlet, but not as long as in a restaurant. Often with a laptop. Often alone.

This changes what the furniture has to do:

Soft seating areas matter more than seating density. A cosy sofa by the window brings guests back better than two extra chairs in the same spot.

Different seating formats in one room. A table for two, a long banquette along the wall, a pair of armchairs in the corner — guests choose what suits them, and this makes them more likely to stay.

Coffee leaves marks. Coffee and milk stains are an everyday reality. Fabric should be chosen not for its looks but for how easily it cleans.

What we make for cafés

Compact sofas and banquettes along the walls, chairs, poufs, armchairs, upholstered panels. Dimensions to fit your plan.

For small rooms, a combination often works best: a banquette along the wall plus chairs on the other side of the table. This gives you more seats in the same area than chairs on both sides.

You see the piece before you order the batch

If a model is being developed for your venue, we make the first unit separately and hand it over for you to evaluate — after full payment for that particular model. You judge the seating, height, firmness and fabric in the real light of your own room, not in a photo.

If something needs changing, we change it before the batch goes into production, not after.

For a venue, this removes the main risk of contract purchasing: forty chairs that looked right in the photo but did not suit the room.

There is no minimum order

We take on both fitting out a whole project and ten chairs for a small coffee shop. For a venue that is just opening, this matters: you do not have to order a batch “just in case” to meet a manufacturer’s terms.

Fabric documentation

Every fabric comes with technical documentation from its manufacturer — we provide it on request together with the commercial proposal.

The documents include ones related to fire safety. For hotels and restaurants this can be a requirement for handing over the premises, so tell the manager in advance — we will choose a fabric that has such documents at the specification stage.

Lead times for a batch

The shortest lead time is 7 days. Beyond that, everything depends on the complexity of the piece and the size of the batch: the manager gives you a guide to lead times right after receiving your brief and finds options to meet your opening date.

24-month warranty on all pieces of our own production.

Frequently asked questions

How many seats will fit in my room?
Send us the floor plan — we will work out the options. A banquette along the wall with chairs on the other side usually gives more seats than chairs on both sides.
Which fabric should I choose for a coffee shop?
The main criterion is how easily coffee and milk stains come out. We will pick collections with a water-repellent treatment and send you samples.
Do you make upholstered wall panels?
Yes, this is a common solution for banquettes along a wall — the panel serves as a backrest and protects the wall at the same time.
Can I order a small batch?
Yes. There is no minimum order — terms are discussed individually for each project.
How long is the wait?
It depends on the volume. Tell us the number of items and your preferred date — we will work it out.
