What is specific to salons and SPAs
Moisture and cleaning products. This is the main difference from other commercial spaces. In a salon, creams, oils and dye get on the furniture; surfaces are disinfected. Ordinary upholstery does not last long in these conditions.
For this segment we choose collections with a water-repellent treatment. Be sure to tell us exactly what products are used to wipe the furniture — compatibility with the treatment has to be checked in advance, not afterwards.
In a SPA there is also air humidity, which affects both the fabric and the frame.
The waiting area sells. Clients spend the first minutes of their visit there, and it shapes their impression of the salon’s level. What works here is not the cheapest solutions but those that still look well kept a year later.
Treatment couches. We make them to the dimensions and height you need. Tell us which treatments they are for — the length, width and firmness of the filling depend on it.
What we make

The filling is durable polyurethane foam of varying density, as in the rest of our range. For treatment couches the density is chosen separately: they need support, not softness.
You see the piece before you order the batch
If a model is being developed for your venue, we make the first unit separately and hand it over for you to evaluate — after full payment for that particular model. You judge the seating, height, firmness and fabric in the real light of your own room, not in a photo.
If something needs changing, we change it before the batch goes into production, not after.
For a venue, this removes the main risk of contract purchasing: forty chairs that looked right in the photo but did not suit the room.
There is no minimum order
We take on both fitting out a whole project and ten chairs for a small coffee shop. For a venue that is just opening, this matters: you do not have to order a batch “just in case” to meet a manufacturer’s terms.
Fabric documentation
Every fabric comes with technical documentation from its manufacturer — we provide it on request together with the commercial proposal.
The documents include ones related to fire safety. For hotels and restaurants this can be a requirement for handing over the premises, so tell the manager in advance — we will choose a fabric that has such documents at the specification stage.
Lead times for a batch
The shortest lead time is 7 days. Beyond that, everything depends on the complexity of the piece and the size of the batch: the manager gives you a guide to lead times right after receiving your brief and finds options to meet your opening date.
