The GIA bed is an upholstered double bed made in-house by MeBelle with compact overall dimensions: with a 160 × 200 cm sleeping area, the total width is just 173 cm. In a small bedroom, every extra centimetre around the edges matters. The low 99 cm headboard keeps the silhouette light and does not feel overbearing in a room with standard ceilings. A lift-up mechanism is available as an option — it opens a storage compartment for bedding under the sleeping area. Orthopaedic slatted base, solid wood legs. Available sizes 160 × 200 and 180 × 200 cm; upholstery — velour, bouclé, chenille or basket-weave fabric (rogozhka). 24-month warranty.

PRESTIGE — a wider choice of colours and textures. PREMIUM — refined fabrics with an Easy Clean finish for easy care. Popular materials are velour, basket-weave fabric (rogozhka), chenille and microfibre: pleasant to the touch, hard-wearing and available in a wide range of colours.

Design and who it suits

The minimalist shape of GIA, with neat stitching and a well-proportioned headboard, suits Art Nouveau, Scandinavian, classic and loft interiors. The orthopaedic base with beech slats supports the spine, and the velour keeps its shape and colour for years.
